Privacy policy

Last updated: April 2026

This policy covers the contact form on coraworks.ai. It's the only place on this website that collects personal information. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no cookies.

Who we are

Cora Works LTD, registered in England & Wales, company number 17255885. The data controller is Chris Horne.

What we collect and why

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect: your name, your company, your email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. We collect it for one reason only — so we can reply to you and, if it goes further, discuss potential work.

The legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated). If you'd rather not share this information, please email or call using the details on the site.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU. Access is limited to Chris Horne. We don't share your information with third parties, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If the enquiry doesn't turn into an engagement, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, the record becomes part of ordinary business correspondence and is kept for the standard UK business-records period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello [at] coraworks.ai and we'll action it within one working month, usually much faster.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
